We were able to be served by a lady that actually plays the instrument my son plays.Her knowledge really assured me that my son got the best sax accessories within our budget.She also gave advice on how to use a neck strap we had purchased few weeks ago at the exhibition.Thank you so much! Wide range of sheet music and instruments, looked after by a wonderful team led by the Cranfields and Phil Kay in the instrument department. They will find the right instrument for you, and service when required. The performance space upstairs features a grand piano and upright piano, and is often used for the Catholic Performing Arts Festival and other events or meetings. These guys have been around for 50+ years so they know what it means to run a successful and professional business!

Great experience all the way from the good guidance and advice during the sale process all the way to assisting me with a warranty claim with an unfortunately malfunctioning device. Very helpful and understanding team, they went beyond all expectations after some long and confronting back and forth with the actual supplier and. solved any issues I had in less than 24h.

A very congested retail. Lots of foot traffic flow in from mall. A huge range of products. I especially liked the glasses that have speakers built in to lenses. The staff are very approachable and polite, thats a good trait. I took pics of the televisions side by side for a comparison, Samsung, Sony and LG. I actually liked the Hisense tv a very crystal clear picture that stood out.

Bought a fullsicle harp via email correspondence from Zenith. They were extremely helpful, got back to me very quickly with a price list, shipping estimate & payment options. I received it less than a week later to my home in NSW. Packaged very very well, was barely out of tune by the time I received it. Definitely recommend these guys if you're after a harp in Aus :)

Personable and switched on staff at Mega Music Wangara! Alex went over and above in diagnosing and fixing one of my guitars that was having dropouts during gigs. I will always go there for their friendliness, range of gear and after-sales service.
